Summary of issue

Organizations that configured their phishing campaigns using one of the Spread options experienced campaigns being sent all at once, disregarding the scheduled distribution settings. This behavior began occurring on January 8 of this year.

NOTE  This issue did not affect campaigns where All at Once was selected as the Spread option.

Fix

This issue has been resolved for phishing campaigns scheduled to be sent going forward. However, it cannot be retroactively corrected for campaigns that are currently in progress or have already been delivered.
