New Feature
Automated billing for Per User account type
BullPhish ID integration with PSA systems, such as Autotask and BMS, has enabled partner's to automate client billing. Previously, this feature was available only to those partners with a Per Organizations subscription. With this release, the integration can now track usage per user (target), allowing partner's with a Per Users subscription to automate billing as well.
Now, Bullphish ID supports two PSA billing models:
- Per Organizations subscription: A flat fee is charged for each module, training and/or phishing, that is enabled.
- Per Users subscription: A fee is charged for each active user (target) within the partner's organization.
For both subscriptions types, BullPhish ID sends the billing criteria to the PSA system daily.

Fixes
Issue
In each phishing campaign section of a business report, the Clicked Link status previously included statistics only for landing page link clicks and did not account for attachment link clicks. This affected the phishing statistics in the following report sections:
- 01 Summary
- 02 Phishing Simulation Details
- 03 Phished Users/Phishing Kits by Risk Level
The issue has been resolved and statistics in each phishing campaign section of a business report now accurately reflect when an attachment link or a landing page link is clicked.
