Not all Sending Profiles were available when creating a phishing kit

When creating a phishing kit for an MSP that has more than 20 organizations, some of the Sending Profiles created for the MSP were not available in the Sending Profile list.

This issue has been resolved. Now, all of the MSP's Sending Profiles are available when the MSP has a maximum of 100 organizations.
