User report errors

If a target performed multiple actions (including Sent status) for the same campaign within the selected date range in a phishing or training user report, the generated report contained duplicate entries and missing information.

This issue has been resolved. User reports will now generate with the correct information, displaying only one entry per target.

To correct previously generated reports that contain errors, go to Reporting > Export Report, select the User tab, enter the same criteria, and regenerate the report.
