When creating a group by importing a CSV file that included duplicate targets, those targets were connected to the group multiple times. In the example CSV file, the target James Monroe with the same email address is listed five times.

When the Ork group was created using this file, the Targets page showed that James Monroe was connected to the group five times. It's important to note, however, that the target remained a unique user and consumed only one license.

This issue has now been resolved. If a CSV file includes duplicate targets, only one instance of each target will be connected when the file is imported to create a group. For example, when creating a group using our example CSV file, James Monroe is connected to the Ork group only once.
