October 19, 2026 - New INKY integration

BullPhish ID now integrates with INKY to deliver phishing simulation and training campaign emails directly through INKY to protected targets, eliminating the need to whitelist campaign domains.

After a valid INKY API key is verified, BullPhish ID synchronizes organizations from INKY and identifies protected and unprotected targets based on configured domains and billing-eligible inclusion groups.

For organizations with protected and unprotected targets, BPID automatically routes emails for protected targets through INKY and for unprotected targets through SMTP, ensuring delivery to all targets.

Scheduled synchronization keeps protection statuses current, while campaign pages provide visibility into email delivery methods and fallback status.
