What is BullPhish ID?
It is estimated that 90% of the security breaches companies encounter are due to mistakes made by their employees. This statistic emphasizes the importance of providing security awareness training to your organization.
BullPhish ID is a security awareness training and phishing simulation solution designed to educate your employees about cybersecurity best practices.
The solution consists of two main modules:
- Training & Awareness: In the Training & Awareness module, you can select from a vast number of training courses that address topics such as security risks, policies, and best practices. The module enables you to effectively deliver security awareness training to your employees.
Training course example - Phishing Simulation: With the functionality provided in the Phishing Simulation module, you can send employees imitations of actual phishing emails to test their behavior and assess their knowledge regarding phishing attacks.

- Customize existing content like training courses, phishing kits, and email templates. Or, create custom content.
- Generate reports and analyze information including training course completion data, phishing campaign results (e.g., number of employees that clicked a phishing link), and where employee improvement is needed.
- Integrate BullPhish ID with a directory resource such as Microsoft Azure or Google Workspace to easily synchronize data and keep it up to date.
Organization types
BullPhish ID is designed for three types of organizations:
- Managed Service Provider (MSP): An MSP is a third-party company that remotely manages a customer's information technology (IT) infrastructure and end user systems. MSPs often provide these services to multiple privately owned businesses.
- Mid-Market Enterprise (MME): An MME is a third-party company that remotely manages a customer's information technology (IT) infrastructure and end user systems. MMEs often provide these services to multiple privately owned businesses.
- Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB): An SMB is a privately owned business. A business with 100 or fewer employees is a small-sized business while one with 100-999 employees is considered a medium-sized business.
MSP and MME organizations often manage BullPhish ID tasks for their client SMBs. This includes creating phishing and training campaigns as well as creating groups and adding targets, who are the employees for which the campaigns are sent.
However, each SMB is able to perform these tasks for their own organization.
