Recreating a training campaign

This article includes the procedures for re-creating a training campaign in BullPhish ID.

Prerequisites

  • A partner administrator, partner agent, and privileged user can recreate a training campaign.

Recreating campaigns

Using the Recreate functionality, you can quickly create a new campaign from an existing campaign. You can recreate a single campaign or recreate multiple campaigns at once. A campaign can be recreated regardless of its current Status.

Recreating a single campaign

When recreating a single campaign, all criteria selected in the original campaign is automatically selected in the new campaign, but you can edit the criteria. For example, maybe you want to retain all the campaign details from the original campaign (except enter a new Campaign Name) but choose a different group and kits for the new campaign.

Recreating multiple campaigns at once

When recreating multiple campaigns at once, all criteria selected in the original campaign is automatically selected in the new campaign. However, you will be required to select a Campaign Starting Date & Time that will apply to each of the recreated campaigns.

The behavior of the Campaign Starting Date & Time field in the new campaign(s) depends on the number of original campaigns selected and whether the Start Date for each is in the past or future. Scenarios are described below.

 Empty - You are required to select a Campaign Starting Date & Time.

How to...

  1. In the navigation menu, select Training & Awareness > View All Training Campaigns.
  2. On the View All Training Campaigns page, click the name of the campaign.
  3. In the upper-right corner, select Actions > Recreate.
  4. On the Recreate campaign page, make any attribute changes.

NOTE  If the Campaign Starting Date & Time of the original campaign are in the past, they will be empty in the recreated campaign. You will be required to select a starting date and time. If the Campaign Starting Date & Time of the original campaign are in the future, they will be retained in the recreated campaign.

  1. In the lower-right corner, click Recreate.

When you select one or more campaigns on the View All Training Campaigns page, the Recreate button is available.

  1. On the View All Training Campaigns page, select the check box for each campaign you want to recreate.

  2. Click the Recreate button.
  3. In the Campaign Starting Date & Time field, click the calendar icon.
  4. Select a date and time. Click the Re-Create button.
