License limits for the Per Users subscription

This article describes the Subscriptions card and license usage banner for partners with the Per Users subscription.

Prereqs:

  • A Partner Administrator has access to this functionality.

Per Users Subscription card

Partners with the Per Users subscription must purchase a seat license for each intended campaign participant. The number of active targets within all of the partner's SMBs cannot exceed the total number of targets (licenses) purchased.

The Subscriptions card enables partners to track target usage. The card indicates the number of Active Targets and the total number of Purchased Targets.

The Subscriptions card is displayed on the Dashboard, Organizations page and the IT Glue Organization Sync tab.

If the number of Active Targets is greater than number of Purchased Targets, the number of Active Targets is highlighted in red text on the Subscriptions card. The number by which the limit is exceeded is indicated as well.

Administrators can click the Active Targets value and be redirected to the Targets page. The Active filter is automatically applied to the Status field and each active target is listed.

License usage banners

Notification banners will be displayed on each BullPhish ID page when the number of active targets is approaching the purchased targets limit.
The banner is displayed under the following circumstances:

  • The number of your active targets is 95% or more of your purchased targets limit. The banner states "License usage at XX%. You have X licenses remaining. Purchase additional licenses to prevent any service interruptions."

    There are three options for dismissing the banner:
    • Remind me in a week.
    • Remind me in a month.
    • Don't show this banner again.
  • The number of your active targets is 100% of your purchased targets limit. The banner states "License usage at 100%. You have 0 licenses remaining. Purchase additional licenses to prevent any service interruptions."

    There are three options for dismissing the banner:
    • Remind me in a week.
    • Remind me in a month.
    • Don't show this banner again.
  • The number of your active targets is more than your purchased targets limit. The banner states "Insufficient Licenses. You have 0 licenses remaining and exceeded the limit by 1 licenses. Purchase additional licenses to prevent any service interruptions."

    This banner cannot be dismissed.
