01/12/2026 Improved INKY + BullPhish ID Integration

Improved email recognition and delivery for BullPhish ID simulations & training

We’ve enhanced the existing INKY + BullPhish ID integration to improve how training and phishing simulation emails are recognized and delivered—reducing misclassification and ensuring emails reach user inboxes reliably, even in complex email environments.

This improvement uses industry-standard email authentication (DKIM) to reliably identify BullPhish ID emails, including both phishing simulations and training messages.

As a result, INKY can correctly classify and deliver BullPhish ID emails even when messages are relayed, sent from custom domains, or processed by third-party security tools.

What’s improved

  • More reliable recognition of BullPhish ID emails using authenticated sender verification, rather than relying primarily on IP addresses or headers that can change.
  • Improved delivery for both training and simulated phishing emails, reducing false positives and misclassification.
  • Visibility when third-party tools modify email content, allowing INKY to flag altered messages.
  • Support for custom and customer-owned domains commonly used in enterprise environments.
  • Seamless compatibility with INKY’s existing phishing awareness training configuration.

Why this matters

  • Improved inbox delivery with fewer false positives.
  • Better visibility into training and simulation campaigns.
  • Enhanced trust and compliance readiness.

Admin configuration

Admins continue configuring phishing awareness simulations in the INKY dashboard by navigating to Admin Center > Phishing Awareness Training. Select BullPhish ID as the platform and adjust settings such as inbox delivery and banner display.

No additional allowlist or IP entries are required for DKIM recognition.
