Enhancements
New templates for Automatic Training Course Email Reminders
New email templates are now available for Automatic Training Course Email Reminders, providing a variety of layouts and formats to choose from. Four versions are available for each of the five template types:
- Complete Your Courses
- Obligatory Course Completion
- Course Completion Deadline
- Complete Your Courses by the Due Date
- Course Completion Required
Each template is named in the following format: Email Reminder - Template Name Version Number. For example, Email Reminder - Obligatory Course Completion 1. The following are example templates for Complete Your Courses:
- Email Reminder - Complete Your Courses 1
- Email Reminder - Complete Your Courses 2
- Email Reminder - Complete Your Courses 3
- Email Reminder - Complete Your Courses 4

Fixes
Issue
Previously, images were not displayed when creating, editing, or viewing a new phishing kit from an existing email template.
This issue has been resolved. Images from the existing email template now display correctly in all applicable views.
Issue
When creating a phishing campaign, the ability to scroll and select additional kits while dragging and dropping failed, displaying a No Kits Found message.
This issue has been fixed. You can now scroll through and select all available kits without interruption.
Issue
French was previously listed as an option in Language drop-down lists when it should have been Canadian French. All instances of “French” have now been updated to Canadian French, as shown in this example on the Create Kit page.
Issue
When completing the quiz for training courses in German, the Home Page button was incorrectly translated. It now correctly appears as Startseite for all German training courses.
