Automatic Training Course Email Reminders

The Automatic Training Course Email Reminders feature is designed to send email reminders automatically to users who have not yet completed their scheduled training courses. The goal of the feature is to ensure that training completion rates are maximized without organizations having to send email reminders manually.

The feature is available via the Setup Global Email Reminder button on the Training & Awareness Dashboard.

The email reminders can be sent based on different frequencies and conditions you select in the Global Email Reminder Setup modal. The settings will apply to all current and future organizations related to the account.

Fixes

Issue

When selecting a non-English language for the training course invite email, the expiration date was still presented in English in the email the targets received.

This issue has been fixed. The expiration date now shows in the language selected for the course invite.

Issue

On the campaign details page, the server time zone was displaying in the target Event section instead of the time zone for which the campaign was created.

This issue has been fixed. The time zone for which the campaign was created is now displayed in the target Event section.
